Staff members MH and GW have worked with the YMCA for more than three months and have not completed all of what is required under WAC 110-301-0106 (1). Staff members MH and GW do not have verification of a current food handlers’ card. Staff members GW does not have verification of school age basics being completed and have been working unsupervised with children. Staff members MH and GW does not have verification that they have completed suspected child abuse, neglect and exploitation training as approved by the department. Staff members MH and GW does not have verification that they have completed emergency preparedness training. Staff members MH and GW does not have verification that they have completed the children experiencing homelessness training. Staff members MH and GW does not have verification that they have completed medication training. Staff members CK, MH and GW do not have verification of current bodily fluid training. Staff member GW does not have verification of current CPR/First aid training.
